WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship Australia Wide. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this stage.

DO YOU DELIVER TO A P.O BOX?

Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver to P.O Boxes and Locked Bag addresses at this stage.

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY?

With permission our parcels can be left at the property without a signature. Please note on your order your special delivery instructions. If the recipient is not home and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the parcel a card will be left. The recipient can then arrange to collect the gift from their local depot at their convenience.

CAN DELIVERIES BE MADE ON WEEKENDS?

Our couriers delivery Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays)

CAN I PICK OR CHANGE PRODUCTS IN THE BAGS?

Yes! Just send us a message on our contact page and we can customise a bag just for you. Additional charges may apply.

DO YOU OFFER A REFUND FOR CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES?

Unfortunately we don't accept any refunds or returns on change of mind purchases. If an item is damaged, please email us at hello@alittlepep.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your A Little Pep package, please include photos of the damaged goods.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

 Orders take 1-5 business days to arrive within metro areas and remote areas may take longer with our standard courier service. If you need your gift super quick let us know via email at hello@alittlepep.com.au and we'll see what we can organise for you!

Please note that once your A Little Pep package has been collected by our courier, it is up to them to deliver it within the time frame they have given us. We cannot take any responsibility for delayed or lost packages.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

You should receive tracking updates from Sendle through the email address you provide at checkout. We will also send you your Sendle tracking number via email on confirmation that your order has been processed.
